<p>Warrington-based Ensphere Consulting has been acquired by one of the UK's leading technology groups in a deal worth £2 million.</p>
<p>One of Wales' leading IT consultancies has acquired an experienced Sage solutions provider, extending its software services available to clients to cover the full spectrum if IT support, as well as its geographical reach.</p>
<p>Certus TG is one of the UK's fastest growing technology consultancies, with a turnover of £4 million for the last financial year. It provides more than 120 clients across the UK with infrastructure and services ranging from managed IT support and security to advanced storage solutions, cloud services and desktop virtualisation.</p>
<p>Based in Warrington, Ensphere Consulting has a turnover of £2.8 million and employs 30 members of staff. It uses state-of-the-art Sage enterprise software to support around 90 clients across the UK. Ensphere's technical expertise allows it to assess how clients operate and then identify IT solutions to improve operations and saving them time and money.</p>
<p>Paul Brown, CEO of Certus TG, said: "This is an exciting time for the business, with this acquisition representing an important milestone in our expansion strategy. By combining these two businesses, it will help us to uncover opportunities in new marketplaces. We will be able to provide software solutions from Sage, as well as underlying infrastructure, IT support and business storage for businesses across the UK.</p>
<p>"During last year, we took on five new members of staff across our Newport and Hemel Hempstead offices, as well as becoming the first company in Wales to be awarded Triple Gold Competency status from Microsoft, and to become a Dell partner for desktop virtualisation. These significant industry accolades are important recognition of our work so far and inspire us to continue to develop and grow the business further. We will be retaining all of Ensphere's existing staff and will be looking to extend the team during 2015.</p>

<p>Ensphere Consulting, the Warrington-based provider of Sage solutions, has appointed a new commercial director to support its ambitious growth plans.</p>
<p>Lee Ann Mounter has been appointed to oversee customer services and new business development as part of Ensphere’s wider expansions plans to establish itself as the leading Sage service centre in the North West.</p>
<p>Ms Mounter joins having worked in national strategic sales for a Sage solutions company in South Africa, where she played a vital part in the company winning National Business Partner of the Year at the Sage Insights Awards.</p>
<p>Ms Mounter also spent eight years as sales and marketing director for a business consulting company where she increased sales revenue by 282% and gained over 30 new corporate customers.</p>
<p>Ms Mounter commented: “With large expansion plans, Ensphere is a company with a bright future and I am delighted to have joined at such an exciting time.</p>
<p>“The ethos at Ensphere is exactly the way that I like to do business, working with an individual, customer-centred approach that utilises unique solutions for individual businesses.</p>
<p>“My previous experience working with Sage ERP X3, both in South Africa and the UK, will provide me with vital insight into Ensphere’s business practices, and I’m delighted to be working for a company that take a real pride in ensuring that technology solutions are genuinely beneficial to our clients.”</p>

<p>Over the Christmas period we are operating normal business hours until Christmas Eve at 1pm.</p>
<p>Both Sage and Managed Services Support cover for 27th, 28th and 31st December will be 8.30am until 5.30pm. After 2pm on these days calls to either Managed Services or Sage Support will be automatically diverted to a mobile phone but the normal support service will still be supplied and calls logged in the usual way.</p>
<p>If you are required to do so (when calling after 2pm) please leave a voice message with your name, company, direct phone number, product you are calling in relation to and a short description of the problem on that mobile phone whereupon the consultant will respond to you.</p>
<p>Normal office hours of service will resume on 2nd January 2013.</p>

<p>Nick Tucker, formerly of FD Systems and a proud winner of the Sage Business Partner of the Year for three consecutive years has joined Ensphere Consulting Limited as Commercial Director working closely with Wayne Nolan, MD.</p>
<p>Wayne Nolan commented "Nick joins with almost 20 years experience in the Sage reseller channel and has been specifically chosen to support Ensphere at a senior level as we gear up to grow our Sage 1000, Sage ERP X3 and Sage 200 business through 2013 and beyond".</p>
<p>Ensphere has skills in Sage ERP X3, Sage 200, Sage CRM and SalesLogix and a Managed Services team with hosting and cloud services capability.</p>

<p>On Tuesday 6th December 2011, Sage held their Annual Business Partner Awards Gala Dinner at the beautiful and historic Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire. Ensphere were shortlisted for the second year running to again become a member of the Sage Circle of Excellence, which recognises and rewards the excellence of outstanding levels of Customer Service.</p>
<p>However, we surpassed our amazing acheivement in 2010, by this year being placed <strong>1st </strong>in the Sage Circle of Excellence Category for Large Business Organisations 2011! Ensphere are immensely proud and honoured to have received this prestigous award, which was voted for by customers and is a testament to our commitment to providing our customers with the best possible service. Even more impressively, this year for the first time since its launch 7 years ago, the competition was judged using independent research conducted by members of Newcastle University Business School. Furthermore, the awards were opened up to resellers from every division within the Sage Partner Community, which resulted in there being more candidates than ever before competing for a place in the Circle of Excellence - and hoping to be named as one of only 15 leading Business Partners who provide outstanding customer service and whose customers are the most likely to recommend them to other businesses, friends and colleagues.</p>
