Ensphere wins Sage Circle Of Excellence 2011 For Large Business Organisations
On Tuesday 6th December 2011, Sage held their Annual Business Partner Awards Gala Dinner at the beautiful and historic Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire. Ensphere were shortlisted for the second year running to again become a member of the Sage Circle of Excellence, which recognises and rewards the excellence of outstanding levels of Customer Service.
However, we surpassed our amazing acheivement in 2010, by this year being placed 1st in the Sage Circle of Excellence Category for Large Business Organisations 2011! Ensphere are immensely proud and honoured to have received this prestigous award, which was voted for by customers and is a testament to our commitment to providing our customers with the best possible service. Even more impressively, this year for the first time since its launch 7 years ago, the competition was judged using independent research conducted by members of Newcastle University Business School. Furthermore, the awards were opened up to resellers from every division within the Sage Partner Community, which resulted in there being more candidates than ever before competing for a place in the Circle of Excellence - and hoping to be named as one of only 15 leading Business Partners who provide outstanding customer service and whose customers are the most likely to recommend them to other businesses, friends and colleagues.
Despite facing very tough competition from each of the business divisions in the Sage Partner Community, we are pleased to announce that we achieved the highest score ever recorded by an Enterprise Business Partner!
