Christmas Support Cover at Ensphere
Seasons Greetings,
Over the Christmas period we are operating normal business hours until Christmas Eve at 1pm.
Both Sage and Managed Services Support cover for 27th, 28th and 31st December will be 8.30am until 5.30pm. After 2pm on these days calls to either Managed Services or Sage Support will be automatically diverted to a mobile phone but the normal support service will still be supplied and calls logged in the usual way.
If you are required to do so (when calling after 2pm) please leave a voice message with your name, company, direct phone number, product you are calling in relation to and a short description of the problem on that mobile phone whereupon the consultant will respond to you.
Normal office hours of service will resume on 2nd January 2013.
